The story goes that God lost his gold ring and it fell in the sea and Sicily was formed. I was only there for 2 day and left on Jan 6th, it was 18 Celcius/64 Fahrenheit. The reason I separated Sicily from Italy is because my friends from Sicily do not like being called Italian. They tell me that anyone anywhere in the world from Sicily will tell you their Sicilian and from Sicily! .... Unless Italy wins a major Soccer competition....then they're Italians. Sorry only two stops, I will go back to finish photographing the island. |
